The call which won't be heared nor understood by those for whom it's intended

Hey, people! Governments, nations, social groups, individuals, civilization! How can you call yourself civilized, good, Christian and so on?! Don't you see what's happening in Japan? Don't you see, how crucial for our civilization is to help these people, don't you see that their problem is actually our problem - problem of the civilization and not the Japan, Japanese and TEPCO?

You're discussing stocks, insurance, laws, counting deaths, praying, setting up groups on facebook to pray, etc. What the crap?! You're spending tens and hundreds of millions if not billions US dollars to "help civil population of Libya" bombing Moammar El-Gadhafi's army, and the real reason is as always Oil, money and political influence. What about the rest of the world? We're facing a catastrophe which can and actually is affecting the whole world the whole planet we're living on, and it's not the greenhouse effect, it's not the Yellowstone volcano, it's not a coming Ice age or rising of the sea level. The rest of the world, looking at Japanese events as a horror movie or a drama, hey, it's not happening behind the TV screen! It's happening now and around you! And you can help! You can help with almost anything - money, [temporary] home for the people, who were evacuated or left homeless by the tsunami and the earth quake.
Governments, corporations, you're the most powerful structures in our civilization, you have money, power and resources to help, but you won't do it of course! You're spending hundreds of millions to advertising campaigns, to promote your products, wow, your toilets are greeting visitors, yay! your hairdrier has the most ergonomic form, yay! your displays are brighter then those of your competitors, hurray! And what about fundamental science? You facilitate philistine research, you facilitate entertainment, social psychology, to make more and more money, and you need that money to make even more money. And what do we have? Nuclear power reactors which use design from the middle of the last century! Has it evolved? A tiny bit. And why? Because you don't care! You want money, and you want it NOW! Ah, and you also want big guns, because you have to protect your money and your ability to make even more money. We could have been using all-electric cars some 20-30 years ago, but Oil industry wouldn't let us, nobody put money in the needed researches and projects, Nuclear reactors could have been replaced with safer ones decades ago, but old ones work, why spend money and time to renew?
You know, what? If human race will die out, no big deal, the better for the rest of the biosphere and the planet, thanks God, we're too busy making money and entertaining ourselves to facilitate expansion to other planets.
Hey, humans, just admit - we're an error in the evolution or creation (depending on your beliefs) mechanisms. We don't deserve to call ourselves humans using our own meaning for this word. And the worst thing is, we can change all this, we can start to change every day, and every passing day is a lost opportunity to change for better.
